I was just awarded 10% for neuropathy. I also have foot drop. They didn't award mrd me or say anything about foot drop in the last decision letter. In the c&p I was examined for foot drop. What's my next move?

That can be frustrating. This is not legal advice; however, what we would do in that situation is file a Higher Level Review appeal and point out that you have foot drop. If that decision comes back unfavorable, then our next step would likely be to get a statement from your personal doctor stating you have foot drop. If the doctor is willing, I would try to get them to complete a peripheral nerve DBQ form and ensure they check the foot drop box on the form. Once you get that documentation, I would submit it with a Supplemental Appeal Form. Again though, our first step would likely be to just file a higher level review at the VA level. Good luck.
