He's very luck to get guidance and direction from.someone who's knowledgeable and caring. In my case I was guided wrongly by a ma'am. Due to which I bought flat instead of individual house. When I couldn't pay the HL, when I sold out the flat, I sold it for lesser lakhs than I bought. But I paid lot of interest to bank. I wish financial topics like this were discussed before free years. Only now these topics are at trend and many get guidance.
