Absolutely go for the intake - it is definitely a noticeable gain! I’m so pumped for my JB4 delivery!

@@drianashton yea man, you’ll like the tuner. I’ve got mine on level 3 and just add about a gallon on E85 to every full tank of 93 octane and it’s a major boost. I have a C400, which is the same engine as yours.

Fuck lol. I cringed so hard when he pried up on the engine cover like that haha. The tuning on this platform has many intricacies. Had lots of fun perfecting all the maps to get it boosting strong every time every gear, strong top end, higher shift point etc. great engine.

Mine came with sensor wire extenders and heat shields, I just didn’t film installing them, lol.

Thanks! No issues at all! Have had them on 3 years or so now without any problems. At my current ride height with the wheel spacers it rubs slightly in the front; if I raise the car a half inch, or get rid of the spacers it doesn’t rub, but it looks too cool the way it is to change it.

Absolutely! My plan is to try to max out the current combination, exhaust in the spring, and when it’s ready for down pipes I’ll go with an AMR tune I think.

@@drianashton That's what I have; their comport tune, stacked with a jb4 (and water/meth) and awaiting tcu tune from AMR to be delivered, but USPS is droppin the ball at the moment unfortunately...

IATs seem to be 10* to 15* higher than ambient air temp in every scenario I’ve looked at so far. I’m operating on the theory that my air pump (engine is a big air pump!) wants more access to air, and doesn’t care what temperature that air is. Plus it sounds cool haha

Have had mine on for nearly a year now with zero issues
