This is not a knock at Paragon (I love their stuff), but the SC companies seem to doing some monopoly game with the C8s. As someone that Had a procharger for my Mustang and C7 Corvette a few years ago @ $6-7K. I just cant get how all power adders, SC or Turbos are instantly 25-35K. That is insane to me. I understand the tunning situation is a little more involved, but damn. For 25K-35K you are at the point of just selling your car or buying a C8 Z06 or E-ray. Even if you have to cut out to a lower Trim level (2lt or 1lt) you will be as fast or faster and have a full warranty for the same or less price. Thanks to the high price and now Crappy Laws like in CA where you cant even have a tune, much of the fun is taken out.

Same here. The Corvette got upgraded to a mid level sports cars like the R8 and GTR ever since they came up with a rear engine. Had the c8 been a front engine, I bet the prices would have been similar.

I don't know much about SC. I think the C8 does not allow for a standard SC set that can be easily reconfigured for multiple cars. So these companies have to make up their money up for the lower number of SC sells for the C8.

Thank you! But honestly I can’t take the credit for that. I literally explained roughly what I wanted to the guys at paragon and they absolutely killed it. From the performance mods to the eye candy the ppl at paragon have such a classy eye and over deliver every time. Paragon is the absolute best in the bizz and are so easy to work with.

I was going to supercharge my c8 back in march with them but i wanted a bit more power than 600 so i waited for stage 2 to be released, not going to wait any longer its been way to long.since soon you'll be offering head/cam package you'll need to have a option off adding that too the supercharger price at a discounted price since the engine has to be dropped out any way and thats half the battle.that should bring it close to the 700WHP wich i think its a safe fun ride.

Lingenfelter only sells this supercharger as an "installed program." Does that mean the $25K price includes the cost of install?

Yes our ProCharger made 640whp with our tune. Power comes in later with the procharger where the magnuson supercharger the power is right away.

They both have their Pros and Cons. Magnuson makes power sooner but the ProCharger makes more power overall. It depends on where you want the power. We'll be doing a full comparison video soon!
