Vegetable Mini Idli Fry | Mini Idli | Fried Idli | Snacks | Sunita Agarwal
Ingredients Required-
2 cup semolina
1 cup curd
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup water
ENO
Water for boil
2 tsp oil
2 pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
1/2 inch chopped ginger
Curry leaves
2-3 green chilli
1 medium sliced onion
1 sliced capsicum
1 sliced carrot
1 cup shredded cabbage
Salt to taste
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 tsp sambhar masala
Chopped coriander leaves
