Today we are making Cabbage and Mushroom Stir Fry. This is a simple and healthy dish that you can make in just a couple of minutes. Great for weekday dinners when you are tired after work and yet have to make dinner for the family.
I am using fresh shitake mushrooms here but you can use any type of mushrooms. Even dried mushrooms.
Ingredients:
500g cabbage
4 mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp oil
100ml water
1 Tbsp of Oyster sauce
2 Tbsp of Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil
