14oz | 400g | 4 cups Brussel sprouts (little cabbages)
1tsp garlic powder
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
3tbsp chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs
Season with salt and black pepper
Olive oil
1 leek (use the white and light green parts only)
2 garlic cloves
zest of 1 lemon
3tbsp dairy-free soft cheese
14oz | 400g cooked butter beans
30g | 1 oz dairy-free butter
