Cabbage with eggs is better than pizza! Easy, quick and very delicious recipe! Delicious, easy, quick and very delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or quick snack recipe. You won't believe how tasty it is - even more delicious than pizza, or okay definitely healthier 😅 It's so easy to make, and you'll enjoy every step of the cooking process. INGREDIENTS:
1/2 small cabbage (250g / 9 oz)
2 eggs
Season with salt
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp pizza sauce
mozzarella
basil

Made this recipe this morning only I used "precut" tri-color coleslaw. The slaw was still somewhat crunchy (which I like) and the eggs turned golden brown! Super low-carb and Absolutely BRILLIANT! Thanks for the recipe!

Looks absolutely delicious I think the only thing I would have done additional was put it in the oven on broiler to make the top a little more toasty. But ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. 💯

Here are a couple of little tips I would try... saute the cabbage, or slaw first in a pan, and add some herbs, such as oregano, basil, garlic, S&P, before adding the eggs... ps, eggs should never be brown...😚

Just made this and It was absolutely delicious. Couldn't believe I was eating a pizza with a crust made from cabbage instead of carb loaded ingredients. I also added the following ingredients to "spice things up a little": diced sweet onion, mozzarella cheese, basil, oregano, pepper, and a little tabasco sauce. Yum yum yum. Thank you Sophie for using your gift of cooking to bless others.
