Hello everyone! I went on a hike to my hut and was caught in extreme cold -31 Celsius! However, the log cabin did its job perfectly. The night was warm and comfortable! Enjoy watching and don't forget to turn on subtitles!

Bardzo przyjemnie się oglądało film. Miałbym poradę dotyczącą ogrzewania w domku. Jeśli to możliwe to wyjście komina na zewnątrz przeniósł bym wyżej pod sufit, jeśli obecny piec ma zostać. Obecnie za dużo ciepła ucieka kominem na zewnątrz i trzeba dużo palić aby nagrzać domek. Jeśli nie ma możliwości przeniesienia wyjścia komina wyżej to wymianę pieca na taki z wkładem szamotowym. Ale to jak już to praca na lato. Pozdrawiam

I would quit trying to burn your tin can garbage - all it does is make a mess. Take them home and recycle them please. 80 Degrees F - WOW! That's awesome! Wish you didn't have to lose sleep firing up the stove at night but I think you are doing great!!! Frost @ - 23 C? lol That just plain freezing buddy! lol Frost is at or below 32 F or 0 C for you Canadian folks. 😉 Thanks for your videos and letting us give our 2 cents worth. lol

The cottage is good, but you are burning the windows. The stove pipe should have been in the cottage, not outside. It's a total waste of heat. George

He's losing some but the pipe would have to go up into the "attic" cavity then through the roof. Safer to do it like this and easier to service. He's only heating a small space and it is not a full time home.

Better to have a thermal mass stove that light wood burns fast. They also use less wood.

With the fold up table, chair, and cot, he can make use of space as he needs it. It's not a large cabin. This is what we usually do in my family unless we have a bigger space.
