The First class cabin looks simple and very clean design, a great example that less is more. Emirates and Singapore Air, you don't need gimmicks such as in-flight showers, double beds or even suite doors. First class will always sells by itself with guest oriented personalized service. No claustrophobic high walls, no display of grandeur such as faux gold and glossy wood veneers; which looks real tacky.

I'll forgive the comic sans font because the video was informative. However it would be nice to have know the seating layout for both decks. Eg did both have economy seats or were economy just the lower deck with first and business using the upper deck exclusively? Would have been good to know. Please no more comic sans don't - the joke of fonts!!!

Et bien pour avoir pris le 380 en business ce jour, ce n'est pas un palace. Sièges plus étroits que sur le 777, accès à certaines places difficile, environnement plus sombre. Le point positif, on voyage mieux en couple que sur le 777, un peu comme sur le vieux 747!! Pour le personnel, de la bonne volonté mais il doit encore trouver ses marques et je trouve que la qualité et la quantité des repas est en baisse.

en février et mars dernier j ai voyagé sur la thai en business service a bord très bien mais un manque de contact avec le personnel qui ne fai aucun effort de comprendre si non l anglais sur paris bangkok pas un mot de francais avant il y avait des hotesses qui parlait un peu le francais demain le a 380 cela vat être un palace mais attention au personnel
