Nice setup, brother. I have a question about hands. What should we do if we have small hands? Is there a way to make the hands more thicker and bigger? I can lift heavy weights more than my buddies but because of my small hands, I have to hold on to them and can't use my all power. Even in straps, my backpressure is not enough to defeat them. Because their hand is completly covers almost ring finger knuckle. Please help and have a nice day.

*_What should we do if we have small hands?_* Do you also have shorter arm? Todd Hutchings ones argued that shorter arm gives advantage for side pressure, since the same force creates less torque to the elbow. From this one could reason that developing strong side pressure might be a good idea. *_I can lift heavy weights more than my buddies_* Are these lifts arm wrestling specific, like back pressure, side pressure, cupping, rising, etc.? Also, due to your hand size disadvantage, being just 10% stronger might not be enough to turn the tables - you might need 20% more strength, so getting even stronger is never a bad idea. Things also worth considering are: 1. Pulling styles which work without the hand, like the flop wrist press and flop wrist side pressure. 2. getting used to pulling without your hand, like Todd Hutchings. This usually means you rely more on your side pressure than back pressure. 3. Even though you would find a style which lets you pull without your hand, it might still be smart to build up that hand strength, so that maybe one day you can also access those moves which require that.

@@T12J7 My arm is not short. About lifting heavy, I can pull 35 KG BackPressure and 30 KG Pronation Lift. Im always using Wrist Wrench with 22.5 KG and HighCup Multi with 17.5 KG. Im using these with SidePressure movement and it is in high setup amd front of me. Riser is 25 KG and my KG is 65. My buddies are like 75, 80, 90 KG. Some of them lift same as me, some of them can't and some of them can pull more. Im always trying to perform High Hook, with Rise, Cup and Roll. My weights are getting high and they even say you are getting stronger. However, I feel like I can give more power. When I setup my TopRoll with a person who has the same or little bit bigger size of my hand, I feel like my hand is made of steel. But whenever I wanted to pull bigger guys, my hand is not comfortable. Sometimes, Im seeing guys from the gym and they like 70 KG but their hand is freakin big, like a heavyweight hand. Thanks for answering my question, btw.

@@muhammetali7814 It might be smart to have multiple strategies. For example: Plan A: get stronger in all lifts and focus on fingertip strength also, to get control of that hand even if their hand is bigger. Incorporating dynamic volume work into static strength training program can help with the static strength development. Plan B: Develop side pressure dominant flop wrist pulling style for the big guys whose hand you can't control. Plan C: Learn to utilize the strap even better, so that you are pulling more with your arm and less with your hand.
