Yeah he is only a 4x WSM so i wouldn't put much stock in his experience with lifting weights no matter if he is doing dips or using a dip machine. I mean what does he know compared to a expert! Shit just imagine what he could have done in WSM if he actually knew what he was doing! (Eye Roll)

It doesn't stop them completely from doing it, but it limits the amount they do it. Best method would be to combine small feed size with a low waste feeder.

Se kertoo nimenomaan totuudesta, saatana pilkkaa vain totuutta , islam on sen kanssa samassa veneessä joten se ei ole sille uhka, ne sielut on jo perkeleen. Can you tell me why you don't use the wall directly instead of putting a metal base?
@T12J72 ай бұрын
because that rim will put a torque on that metal profile to which the wheel hub is attached and hence there is actually really big forces between that metal plate and that metal profile when there is good weight on that machine, and hence if that metal profile would be directly on the wall, or even attached to a wooden board, that metal profile would most likely be able to sink into it a bit so that this rim would now touch the wall, which would jam the mechanism and hence this thing wouldn't spin anymore. Note that there is only half a sentimeter space between the rim and that metal plate, so this needs to be extremely stiff, since if this would tilt even a little, the mechanism would jam.

@T12J72 ай бұрын
That is metal.
@Adam-lm2dx2 ай бұрын
@@T12J7 Can it be replaced with wood?
@T12J72 ай бұрын
@@Adam-lm2dx Hypothetically Yes, but it depends on how thick the wood board will be and how much load you want it to handle. The reason why I made it from metal is because that rim (in my build) is really close to the metal plate (which you are asking to replace with wood), which raises the concern that if the wheel apparatus attached to that metal plate tilts even slightly, the rim will touch the metal plate and hence the mechanism of the machine will not work anymore. For this machine to work, it needs to be extremely stiff so the rim does not touch the metal plate, and hence replacing the metal plate with a wooden one could be problematic, since I'm not sure how well a wood plate can handle the forces in that machine. Note also that my metal plate isn't just any metal plate, but rather a thick metal plate, so that it would be as stiff as possible. [EDIT] I would recommend that you go and ask your local metal distibutor how much a metal plate like that will cost. They aren't that expensive even where I live. The biggest cost in that is the rim and wheel hub combo, so it might be wise not just go with all metal build, since you aren't saving a lot by raplasing stuff with wood.

I don’t know if this is what they had in mind when they promoted you to a purple belt… usually the old belts get put in a box…
@T12J73 ай бұрын
When a novice embarks on their journey in the nuanced world of Bushidō, a frequent misapprehension arises: the belief that previous belts are merely relics of the past, to be cast aside in pursuit of newer, shinier accolades. This, however, is a misunderstanding. Far from being obsolete, these belts embody the foundation upon which one's skills are built. They are not to be discarded but rather harnessed as stepping stones, each one a testament to the progress made and a tool in the quest for mastery. As you see in the video, I have ascended the blue belt, and hence obtained the stepping stone to train my pronation. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

I do tricep pushdowns everytime like this even tho it's a "bad form" I saw the most improvement just maxxing out
@T12J73 ай бұрын
I agree. with the "correct form" the "knees over toes" (for your arms: "elbow over fingers") thing comes into the play and it starts to hurt the elbows. Like sure the lower pectorials are a lot involved in this, but so what? The tricep are also involved in the bench press, but no one is saying that makes the bench a bad pectorial movement due to that. I think a lot of people are fooled by the thinking that "if you can do a movement so that you can lift less weight, than then you should do it like that, because then you aren't ego lifting". I feel this type of thinking is a huge pitfall for a lot of people which prevents them from getting strong. More weight means more muscles are activated, which means more intencity, which means more gains.
