Caboose In my opinion I believe the game could take place between Origins and Asylum Not only because the suit looks like a Pre-Asylum suit, but especially because if you pay close attention in the trailer, the alley that the rat runs through has a Vote for Dent campaign button on the ground and Dr Harleen Quinzels ID badge, possibly from Blackgate I believe this could be placed in that Post Origins, Pre Asylum point of the timeline Do you agree or disagree?

From what ive seen the previous arkham vr game didnt really allow you to do much, it was kind of like a interactive movie, i have much higher hopes considering its going to be published by a AAA VR studio, responsible for other amazing vr games, and because its locked to the quest 3

The game most likely happens between Origins and Asylum. It seems like Batman is wearing an armored suit with a cowl shaped similar to Origins, but he’s changed some elements like his yellow belt and logo, which resemble Asylum and City, to show his transition.

Did a breakdown on the trailer with all the easter eggs which heavily point to it being a sequel to Origins/prequel to asylum imo.. but you never know! Either way can't friggin wait! As someone who loves VR, loved Rocksteadys Arkham VR, and loves Arkham in general, this is so exciting. Hopefully this sets up the next AAA Arkham Game!

We should just get an Arkham Origins 2 instead of this. But even then, I don't know what company I would trust to make that. So many videogame companies nowadays have been corrupted by greed and corporatization. Including Rocksteady. Honestly, it may just be best to let the Arkham franchise be done. No need to milk it forever. That never turns out well. To me, the Arkhamverse ended with Arkham Knight. Let it rest in peace.

It seems very realistic and is actually making me believe that this is real footage. It sucks that it's not on consoles but maybe they could work it on consoles. I loved Origins and this would be a great game to play. Hopefully it will come to consoles later but right now, I get the feeling that it won't. I don't play VR games because, in my opinion, the VR headsets are too expensive. I actually think this is a good thing it seems to be testing the waters with WB shopping the Arkham IP around to other studios to see what they can do with it now that their faith in rocksteady is probably shaken after SSKTJL was a failure. They could legit do an entire trilogy of triple A games with Roger Craig Smith as Batman in between Origins and Asylum there’s like 10 plus years of stories there that we haven’t seen. Batman’s grew more mature, crushed ALL the corruption in the GCPD, more villains popped up, he went thru 3 Robins, Barbra Gordon became batgirl and oracle there’s so much rich potential in that time period that I would one to see other studios/companies give their twist on.

I really hope that this will actually lead to us to get a actual Arkham game.....I don't really want to buy a VR for just one or two games.....also when people were hating on Arkham Origins I absolutely loved it I couldn't put the game down and I wish we got that has part or the return to Arkham collection on ps4 and xbox one

I mean unless Batman is the only game you play, you'd have more than just one or two games. Quest 3 has Assassin's Creed, Iron Man, Resident Evil 4, an Action Adventure Mythology-based game (Asgard's Wrath 2), a Soulslike (Grimlord), a Doom-like Roguelike (Dead Hook), Splinter Cell-like (Espire 2), a spiritual successor to Soul Sacrifice (Soul Covenant), a game similar to Infinity Blade but in VR (Until You Fall) and the upcoming ones are Alien, Attack on Titan, Metro, Behemoth just in case, you don't need a PC for this, not even the TV which consoles need, just the headset itself.

@@Billy-tn3ft The suicide squad is in the Arkham universe, and they have so far announced 5 seasons, and will add lores to that universe. When you have more then one studio contribute to the universe in terms of lores and they don't communicate or control what can be added, it could be a mess, I am sure fans don't want that happen to our beloved franchise.

Alright I take back a bit of what I said in other video comment sections. This seems like it could be a cool game, that might, and hopefully lead into a far bigger AAA title. I'm hoping it does well despite it not being available on multiple platforms, which will definitely affect sales of the game for a lil while. Also if this does take place anywhere near Origins there is definitely hope for a Remaster of Batman Arkham Origins as well!😄🤞🏼

when did you last try VR? Quest 3 has better lenses, much higher refresh rates and the VR games now have better comfort settings. All those combined help mitigate motion sickness. Also being sick in VR is similar to lacking Stamina, you can train it. as long as you don't push it too far you'd eventually not get sick anymore.

Vr is Good Its Really good As long as you stay away from the werid parts of vr and more stick to the Single player Story games And 'Some' online Shooter games You'll have a great time

@@Dachin55555 I'm guessing you haven't played vr before, had a Bad experience with it (Motion sickness, the werid side/dark side of vr, or something else that would make vr a bad time) Or Played the wrong games/played on a bad vr headset and now hates vr. trust me Brotha its good With a good enough headset and the right Game its easy to Fall in love with vr.

I'm going against the grain and saying this takes place between City and Knight and will take place on Bleake Island. Ratcatcher comic lore will prevail and I believe we see his gear laid out surrounded by blood and bandages is because it's after the Penguin attack but before his run in with Arkham Knight.
