What's great about these commercials is the fact that the candy isn't a solution or a reward. Caramel uses it as an example. When someone seems a bit too high-strung she tells them to relax, and uses the smooth soft Cadbury Candy as an example. They try the snack and discover what she means, before relaxing.

Can’t believe this is Miriam margolyes. She’s so versatile a voice actress! For such a vulgar woman she’s certainly very skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. Her autobiography was eye opening.
