Cade Cunningham goes off for a career-high 43 points with 7 Assists and 5 Rebounds.
The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Detroit Pistons, 130-124. Trae Young recorded his his fourth straight game with 30+ points and 10+ assists. Saddiq Bey notched 21 points and 4 rebounds for the Hawks in the victory, The Hawks improve to 11-15 on the season, while the Pistons fall to 2-25.

Cade looked like he FINALLY RECOVERED from the multiple layers of inflammation those SIX 3 games in 4 night stands pile onto a player. If I'm right, we just witnessed CADE LVL UP HIS CARDIO, which was already kind of UNDER RATED. Cade is approaching unstoppable, and is only just becoming aware of it. It's coming.

At 2:24, he looks like a future All-Star. Great dribble-drive and finish (albeit against zero rim protection). I know living at the 3-point line, the foul line, and the cup can be monotonous to watch, but those are the three most efficient places to score most of the time. If Cade can consistently beat his man and get to the rim (or get fouled), the sky is the limit for him.

Started checking out Detroit on League Pass when the streak was lower out of curiosity. They have a couple of guys but man, Cade really knows how to get his shot. A real gem in Detroit's dark hours. They really blew this game tonight. Their big men left about 15 to 20 points on the board fumbling the ball and missing layups. And Burks missing layups too. I think their win is closer than it looks.

@thatguywholikesfictional-qr1rl he WAS a turnover machine while still getting his legs back this season coming off a season ending injury. He's averaging just 2.6 turnovers per game in the month of Deccember playing 34 minutes per game. Has a 2.7 assist to turnover ratio this month. He's getting there and looks to be the real deal.... now if his teammates were just a little better.... he needs more than just 34 year old Bogey. JI needs to tap into some of that potential and we need Duren's ankles to hold up a little better.

Monty Williams is an awful coach, he never had much success as a coach except for a couple of years in Phoenix where he had a lot of talent and they still had very disappointing endings to their seasons. With a young team, he is even worse.
