Why do you never add water access for your initial industrial area tent blocks? Population control?

It's not something I see as necessary. I know the tent town is temporary, and adding wells to upgrade them to Large Tents often needs a bit of extra space and some gardens or plaza to get desirability high enough. I would consider using water wells for the initial slum town if money was a very tight squeeze or I was very rushed on prosperity. Even so I think I'll do this next time just to have some variety. Cheers for the insight!

I have, but I don't like the changes. I prefer the more vanilla experience of Julius.

@@joelguay4452 Sadly no. The developer that wrote (most of) Augustus is one of Jake's mods. They have been over that topic fairly recently.
