Caesar Salad with Chicken
Romaine lettuce, torn
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Red wine vinegar
Salt
Parmesan cheese, shaved
Croutons
Rotisserie chicken
Add lettuce to a large bowl with a small amount of oil. Toss gently. (The longer you toss, the less oil you need.) Add lemon juice, vinegar, salt and cheese. Toss. Plate and top with croutons and chicken.
