In today's video we will see how to make Cafe's style Broccoli White Sauce Pasta at Yashaswi's Kitchen. This pasta recipe will be a balanced meal of your taste and healthy nutrition as it contains broccoli which is a very good source of different vitamins and minerals and the pasta that we are using here is made up of suji, which is again a healthy ingredient. And when these Pasta and Broccoli will be tossed in the cheesy & creamy white sauce, it will give a very rich and delightful taste.
Ingredients:
Water - 1.5 to 2 Lt.
Salt - 1 tbsp
Pasta - 250 gm
Broccoli - 1 cup
For white Sauce:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbps (8-10 pieces)
All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
Milk - (300 ml.)
Cheese cubes (Cheddar cheese) - 2 cubes
Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
oregano/Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
