I don’t know if you have already done/mentioned this.. but do you think you could do a video on skincare that goes beyond the morning/night routine and more into specifics of daily life & cleanliness? Like I really want to know how often to wash my pillowcase, if I can reuse a towel at all, is there a good way to keep my phone clean, how much does home air quality affect my skin and how can I fix that, can I go swimming in chlorine without setting my skin back... etc. Would be SO helpful

I was inspired(on my own) to try the Cerave itch relief moisturizing cream(with Pramoxine Hydrochloride) around my eyes after you mentioned that facial microbes can set up shop around the eye area after years of sun exposure damage. A small spot on my right eyelid was faintly itchy.once in a while so I went ahead and carefully painted the Cerave itch relief cream around my eyes and the rose colored area on top the cheekbone area with a small brush. After only two days, the red circles under my eyes and patches on the eyelid and cheekbone area look dramatically better. I did not expect such wonderful results to happen so easily. I'm 72 years old.

You are SO right. I'm so bummed...bought a Klairs undereye cream for dark circles. It has caffeine in the cream and it DRIED out my undereye and actually created a new set of weird wrinkles! Took me a while to realize it was the cream and thought it was the online teaching that I had to do for several hours a day!

The Brazilian Bum Bum cream has always worked for me. I mostly love the smell of it, haha I never pay the full price for it though. I find it works awesome on stretch marks. I had a bunch of red ones on my thighs and butt. It worked well for those. A quick note though; I don't have cellulite (yet, fingers crossed I can fight it off longer lol) and when I apply creams I massage the tissues until my palms heat up. I find the massaging helps keep the skin tight. I don't work out atm (because of a toe surgery I'm healing from) but squats and yoga help with tightening the legs and butt up. :) ♡ that's just my experience. I'm not a doctor. I know that anecdotal evidence is not a substitute for quantitative.

Oddly I sometimes use Ginkgo biloba eye patches (is a vasodiolator) but these do genuinely help with contour and firmness. Decreasing puffiness isn't always strait forward - ginkgo increases ATP and has warming yang energy both increasing metabolism and energy of tissues in the area. I didn't want to decrease blood and nutrition to my actual eyeballs, and I had noticed that warmth (yang) helped drain my facial puffiness after hayfever.

Hi Dr Dray, hope you are doing well, could you please review onion oil for hair ? There are a plethora of onion oil based products, not sure if we should spend our money there. Take care. 💓

Hi Dr. Dray. thank you so much for all your amazing info!! I have an 8-year old daughter and I see she inherited my oily acne prone skin. Could you please provide some info about starting skin care for pre-teens and what do to...I sometimes use my products on her, but I am not sure this is ok, her skin is so young and I don't want to mess her up. Please help! Thank you!!

I thought to mention that a red rash around the eyes with little blisters in it could be a sign of shingles and that problem would require a rush appointment to the doctor for the right medicine to take internally and externally.. My own mother went blind in one eye after a shingles attack on her forehead. She would be pleases to help anyone avoid such a terrible problem.

"Caffeine reduces collagen synthesis in human cultured skin fibroblasts" according to a 2014 paper called 'Influence of caffeine and hyaluronic acid on collagen biosynthesis in human skin fibroblasts'. Maybe it is time to stop drinking caffeine if it prevents collagen production?

I'm looking for a review between I believe the brand is Dermatology "Needless Serum" & the Ordinary brands I'm watching now. I'm allergic to scents in other Este Lauder products. If you've reviewed the Needleless serum it. It's pricey & I know she'll have reviewed it fairly. Thank you Dr. Dray & friends♡

Can you please go into depth of brands sponsoring dermatology offices, a few drs have came out about companies giving products and incentives to offices that recommend their brands? I heard neutragina was one of the top doing this and that’s why most drs recommend. Though I respect you’ve called out some products of theirs that are loaded with icky ingredients.

I bought the 5% Caffeine Solution EGCG from The Ordinary with my last order...out of boredom/curiosity mostly, honestly (lol). I do have very slightly puffy eyes sometimes, but cooling/massaging them for just 2 minutes or so, is way more effective than putting caffeine on them, is my impression. I‘ve taken to massaging a couple drops dissolved in water into my scalp now...just to use up the product and find that very pleasant and effective for waking up. Couldn’t swear, if it’s the caffeine or just the massage though...

Hey Dr Dray! I actually have a puffy EYELID problem in the mornings. (I also have hooded eyes so not sure if that’s a contributor) do the same methods for under eye puffiness apply to eyelid puffiness? i feel like i’m the only one who has this problem because everything i read about eye puffiness usually applies to under eyes only
