I quit caffeine and after a bumpy start with headaches and body aches, I realised it was pure drug. About 10 days into quitting I was sleeping better, training better, and get there overall feelings of joy and happiness for no reason. Just my experience

I quit 9 days ago. My mental health has improved greatly. I'm no expert, but I feel like it's mostly due to me getting restful sleep now. I feel so awake and refreshed after sleeping, that it's like a new me. I used to toss and turn, not be able to fall asleep, now I'm out like a light.

@@justchill5628 those are the benefits I get whenever I take a break from caffeine. Then I always start drinking coffee again because I get offered it all the time at work. It’s SO difficult to quit it and stay off it. I wish I never started it in the first place. We never need caffeine as kids… then we rely on it as adults to get through the day, it sucks!

Caffeine spikes blood sugar and is a vasoconstrictor. If you do like to have a healthy looking face, then quit, if you can. You don't like those bags under your eyes? Quit. Don't like those mood swings? Quit. Negative thinking? Quit. If you can. It takes Zen effort like with cigarettes.
