I’ve closely followed basketball since 1969. The NBA, ABA, and college. Bar none, female or male, one of the greatest long range bombers ever. She is changing women’s basketball as we know it. Curry changed long range shooting in the NBA, and she might do the same thing in the WNBA. Looking forward to seeing her play in the WNBA. “You Go Girl”

I don’t think it’s fair to compare her to any NBA players... The 3 point line is 2 feet closer to the rim than the NBA so most of these shots are really at the normal 3 line and she’s about 1 step back when shooting from the logo if that... isn’t uncommon at all in the NBA to shoot from that distance

@@FlyingBirdHawk I’m 65, watched and played basketball since 1969. I know the distances. I saw the first 3 point line in the ABA. Where she shoots many of her shots, are beyond NBA line. It’s all about where she is taking the shot FROM, not where the line is located. My god, a few shots are located about 10 feet from half court. Just watch the expressions of the NBA players watching her shoot. They were blown away at her range. Why? It’s because it’s WHERE she is shooting FROM, not where the line was is located. Yes, a few are shot at the line, but most are far beyond the 3 point line. She is a bomber. Now, in the pros, they might stop her because she might be too slow to get a shot off. We will see. If she is quick and can create her shot, she will bomb in WNBA. Time will tell 😃

Btw, Sunday night Caitlin Clark caught fire again and TORCHED #6 Michigan for 38 points, 11 assists, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, and shot SEVENTY TWO PERCENT FROM 3, while there rest of those Hawkeyes put Michigan down 104-80. Clinching a share of the B10 title and stealing the #2 seed away from UM, which means Regionals will probably be in Iowa City for the first 2 rounds of the NCAA Tournament. Massive statement win for the Hawks!

Yeah, she's a great athlete. The way she plays looks more like a male player; (traditionally); but it's got to be an inspiration to so many female athletes to revisit that narrative. Caitlin has so many skills, not just the logo 3's. But to me what really sets her apart is her motor. She is aggressively full-on, full-speed, all the time, plays most of her 40 minutes, and still somehow sees the court to be the best facilitator in the NCAA.

Iowa although not scoring at the same clip is like that Loyola Marymount team with Jeff Fryer and Bo Kimble but even the hired gun Fryer didn't have the overall game that Clark is displaying. Rarely see a player that can get to the cup and scorch from deep.

I played on a fraternity college intirmeral team where all the fraternities played against each other. Our fraternity had nothing even close to an athlete. Almost the entire game I would dribble the ball to half court, and then immediately have it stolen. If successful passes counted as a point, we still would have lost the game. So I decided to just start heaving half court shots. My very first one hit. we lost 60-3
