Iowa star Caitlin Clark said she was uninjured but head coach Lisa Bluder said she thought it was “very disappointing” that Clark was knocked to the ground in a postgame collision with a fan following Iowa’s 100-92 overtime loss to Ohio State at the Schottenstein Center on Sunday.

Never seen so much jealousy on with these post game comments from OSU fans. OSU should send Caitlin roses for the sellout crowd and "great atmosphere". The extra fans sure didn't come to see a few "honorable mention" OSU players

Bottom line is the refs and security had plenty of game time to let Iowa leave the floor before the fans stormed the court. Caitlin or any player should not have to dodge them and take a foul. Kudos to the OSU player who came over right away and glad Caitlin is ok

Lets keep partisan comments out of player safety. Matt Painter (Purdue coach) expressed similar concerns as his players were caught up in a similar incident at Nebraska. I get the fans want to have fun but the B1G has an obligation to protect its athletes... men, women, every school... if the league doesn't address this, sooner or later an athlete will get seriously injured. You don't have these problems in the NBA and the B1G is making much more money off its mens and womens sports than they are.

We should be concerned that fans are colliding with player post game. A similar thing happened with Purdue men at Nebraska. Cotie was great, but imagine the OSU reaction if she went down colliding with a fan in Iowa City. Players deserve safe passage from the venue regardless of the team. This stuff doesn't happen in the NBA and the B1G is making much more money off these men and women.

Remember Iowa beat South Carolina in last year's Final Four; Ohio State could not do that under any circumstances. Cotie McMahon is a great player who plays physical and gets a great deal of calls no other player would get away with. And Women's NCAA Referees Suck. This game was a one off. When Iowa meets Ohio State in the Big 10 Tournament Iowa should attack Cotie offensively and force her to stop players without fouling, Bluder's assistant couches should be prepared to get ejected screaming for the Refs to call the game fairly.

The biggest failure of Bluder was not getting another player on their entire team who can create shots and make plays but Clark. It puts way too much pressure on one player. That falls directly on the coach. They needed some impact players in the transfer portal and didn't get any.

Stop it. CC is zero conscience gunner. Marshall has a career 3pt % identical to Clark's and Martin's 3pt % is actually 1% better over the past 2 seasons, and Stuelke is shooting 62% from the field, 15% BETTER than Clark. She has plenty of talented teammates to pass the ball to, she just chooses to fire it up over 25x a game whether it goes in or not. That's a ball hog problem....the coach can be blamed for letting THAT happen, not for failing to get others opportunities. Clark has the highest usage and TOP in B1G history....the ball is always in her hands, so it's HER responsibility to get others involved. Wont happen, she's a stat padding narcissist

OSU security and the refs are to get opposing teams off in a safe manner and no player should have to dodge fans. In other high match games the refs will make sure the away teams exits. You obviously haven't played before. The Hawks acknowledged the great play of OSU but rightly called out the after game incidents. There is a reason OSU AD apologized but you seem to miss that. We accept the apology and will see OSU in Iowa City in March. Iowa is still the Big Ten champions and will be again Caitlin and the Hawks are the reasons the stadium is sold out
