So, since you were wondering: Love Shot is about them figuring out there's an imposter in their group planted but the Red Force (the organization that's after them and their power). That part where Xiumin takes off his mask and him and Baekhyun pull their guns on each other is about how they don't exactly know who can be the imposter, so they're against each other, probably just as the Red Force planned. EXO has a rich and interesting lore and even after years in the fandom I still don't know exactly the timeline and all the hidden meanings in their MVs. Yes baby, kings of vocals AND concept.

Im so glad you are giving exo a try! They’re amazing vocalists and their concept is so good! Im gonna try and give you a bit of basic info on them: They were originally a 12 member group when they debuted in 2012, and were split into two sub units exok and exom. I believe the original idea from sm was to have the group promoting simultaneously in korea and china, and they release their albums in both korean and mandarin. Thats why in mama there were a couple of scenes with all 12 members but mainly it was the 6 exok members and they released a Chinese version that was the same but with exom. I think after their first few releases they started just doing everything as a 12 member group. 3 of the chinese members have left the group due to various issues with the company and such, so there are 9 members currently. There are usually different members in their music especially in the past couple of years due to military enlistment and the remaining Chinese member lay having work and promotion in china. He is still in the music and does appear in some mv’s like their most recent one through a green screen. The member you liked a lot was baekhyun. He is one of their main vocals and is an incredible singer. He has sadly just started his military service but he has a lot of solo music and music form the exo subunit cbx with chen and xiumin. Pretty much every member has either released a solo album or is in a subunit of the group so they could still release music while other members are in the military. Exo have amazing vocals and their harmonies are on point! Sm is a company that is really known for their vocal talent, and it shows with exo. Sorry for the long post, but i hope its helpful, and i will say im not an expert in exo so if i have said anything wrong please anyone correct me or add anything extra!😊

All of them can sing, dance and when you combine all their unique individual sound...it is beautiful.

Actually this group has, 3 Main Vocalists :- Chen, Baekhyun and D.O. (each of the three have different styles) one is known for his high vocal ranges, one for his falsettos and high and low notes and one is R&B king, known for his agile runs.... 3 Main dancers :- Lay, Kai and Sehun.... No words for them, they also have different styles..!!! 2 Main rappers :- Chanyeol and Sehun.... Many say, their rap line is not good, I admit their raps are slow 'cuz of the songs but that doesn't mean they are bad, they are very good. Chanyeol has the most unique rap flow... he raps as he sings. while Sehun has a very beautiful voice and a great rapper but doesn't get enough lines.... Actually both rappers are in the Visual line along with rest of the members... EXO is a visual group... Also every member can sing and rap both.... Leader :- Suho who is the lead vocalist... He can easily be the main vocalist in other group but in EXO, its different... a beautiful MOM of the group.. a very selfless leader..!!! This reaction was everything! I promise you, you won't regret getting into this group. They are veterans in the industry, they are pros, but they are some of the most "real" idols. When they are together, they honestly don't care that the cameras are on them. They will call each other out and expose each other as easy as you please. They will talk about the most inappropriate things on national TV, and then instantly regret it. They will scold their fans when they misbehave, but they are also the sweetest with EXO-L's. Baekhyun (that's one of EXO's main vocals, and the one you kept recognizing but didn't know the name) gave us the nickname "Eris" (because it sounds like the cutesy way of saying "L" in Korean), so we go by EXO-L's, Eris, or L's. EXO is always coming with a new concept, so their MV's can give you whiplash. And EXO actually has 3 main vocals. Baekhyun (who you are familiar with), D.O. (the one with the buttery R&B vocals in Love Shot, and Don't Fight The Feeling), and Chen (he was the one with curly black hair and green eyes in Obsession that was going off with those high notes and adlibs. Also, the cutie rapper you noticed in Obsession and DFTF is my one true love and the maknae of the group, Sehun. He is a main rapper (there are 2) and a main dancer (there are 3). Dang, that was way more than I intended to write.
