I just wanted to say thank you!! I found your video a month ago and got the papaya enzymes with chlorophyll and that solved all my heartburn issues. Before this I was trying tums and kept throwing up acid I felt awful. Now I can enjoy my pregnancy again!! Thank you so much 💕💕

Why no carbs after 3 pm? I noticed years ago that I could only control my acid reflux with a keto or low carb Mediterranean diet… but now I’m pregnant and carbs were pretty much all I could eat during the first trimester. The acid reflux is making the morning sickness worse.

I am almost 28 weeks and suffering from terrible indigestion and early satiety. Would you recommend digestive enzymes to help with fullness, bloating and discomfort after meals?

I’ve always felt that raw walnuts help with heartburn also! But thanks for the papaya suggestion, I love papaya. I think I’ll start eating some now 😉

I hate papaya and I’m allergic to dairy. :( I could try the no carbs but I seem to get it every time I lay down no matter what I eat. Advice? I’ve gone through a whole bottle of tums and I’d like to avoid it!

Did you find something that helped? I’m taking liquid Calcium Magnesium and that is a good dairy-free calcium source! It’s by Integrative Therapeutics and it’s orange and vanilla flavored. I got it off Amazon and I like it a lot! It also helps with my aches and pains during the night as well. I wish I saw this sooner and learned about it around the same time for you.

@@kristenlandon1538 I did not find anything that helped unfortunately. My baby also suffers from mod-severe GERD. Always wondered if it was connected. I did take multivitamins and extra mag but not extra calcium. Who knows?

ik mustard helps with heart burn. I'm 27 weeks and will b 28 weeks on the 22nd of aug. I have mild heart burn so far nothing overwhelming. but I deal with a lot of bloat and gas, it's hard fir me to digest greens as well. I haven't been constipated much. but I guess we'll see as I get further along

Same here for my second pregnancy… after 6 weeks in bed and losing 14 pounds. i had never had heartburn before so i thought i was just always hungry and thirsty. After a week of drinking all day, it saved me, got me out of bed and able to eat again. but now in my third with severe heartburn and acid reflux, it’s just not working the same way. I am feeling defeated looking for remedies.

Funny enough I would have a spoonful of vanilla ice cream for my last pregnancy and it would really alleviate the heartburn😂 makes sense with the full fat dairy. I will definitely be getting some papaya now!! Apple cider vinegar is really the only thing that helps me so far. Lindsey Lamothe

hm.. but I’ve hear papaya is bad for pregnancy .. I guess the enzyme of it is different than the actual food?

It’s definitely best to wait to start supplementing until your second trimester. I recommend very, very little in your first trimester.

Eating an apple helps with my heartburn, but only if I'm not nauseous! Eating raw fruit on an empty stomach makes me sick every time 🤢
