A cake gets iced at Nothing Bundt Cakes. Westerville residents Amy and Jay DeLuca opened up a second location of the Las Vegas franchise in Westerville. The location is the fourth in Central Ohio. Submitted by Amy Good.

easy cream cheese frosting 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature ¼ C unsalted butter, softened 2 1/2 C powdered sugar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

@@motherluv5021 thank you! Can you replace confectioners sugar with white sugar? I find both to be too sweet, would’ve preferred regular sugar if given the choice but can be too granulated.

@mother luv. Of course you have to use confectionary sugar. It is what frosting is.

Why Would you not have the camera facing the side where the decorator is doing the work!!

This is great - but you can't see how she does it, her arm is in the way. It appears she moves it parallel up and over, but why doesn't it show the start. Disappointed!
