For the dough:

- 125 g of butter
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- a pinch of salt
- a packet of vanillin sugar
- 50 ml of milk
For the cream:
- 100 ml of water
- 30 g of sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- an essence of rum
- 2 spoons of apricot jam
- 125 g of butter
- 40 g of powdered sugar
For the glaze:
- 2 egg whites
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
Bake at 170 degrees, 10-15 minutes
