in this video I show in detail and explain how to assemble and decorate a large 3D cake "BOUQUET" of rectangular sponge cake.
I decorated this cake with Italian meringue! Italian meringue for decorating this cake took at the rate of a portion of 150 grams of egg whites for the "wrapper" and 200 grams of egg whites for flowers.
