My Dad passed away back in 2003 and the way Cakra sings this song brings out all my memories with my Dad and feels like my Dad just passing away instead of 20 years already..i am my Dad's favorite daughter...miss you Dad very much

First off, this song is so true to anyone that lost their Dad. I was rite at the side of my dad's bed when he was dying. I whispered in his ear, I forgive you, pls forgive me too Dad. A tear rolled down the side of his cheek and squeezed my hand, I told him let go every one is gonna be just fine, you rest and we'll meet again. I lost my pops around 14 & 1/2 years ago, aged 62. Before he past he slipped into a coma* and I was lucky enough to see him before he past. After I left the hospital, he slipped away around 3-4 hours later. My ex (who I was dating at the time) was a medium. And after a little while, she was told to let me know that he actually waited for me (I was due to see him day before but couldn't make it) and knew I was there and heard everything I said to him. After I left, he knew he could he could go. Like James Blunt's father, my pops was in kidney failure and was very jaundiced. They were due to do a colonoscopy on him to see the extent of the damage, but hours beforehand he went into a coma and they couldn't do it then. Damn, just writing this has brought me to tears 😢😢
