Any calculator work is done on the TI-Nspire CX II CAS. If I use the solve function and you don’t have a CAS, you can use graphing and intersection points instead.

Thanks! If you're going to be taking the exam in May, I have a ton of videos you can check out as you get ready. This webpage has a pretty okay list of links to them: turksmathstuff.com/apreviewvids.html

Hi turksvids, thanks for another great video. I was wondering if you had any FRQ work for series and convergence unit. That would be super helpful. I've been trying to find them. Thank you!

For the last question, would 8.37758042...(which is equal to 8π/3) also be considered as the answer?

is the ti nspire better for ap calc than ti 84 plus ce?

I kind of think that the nspire is just a better calculator overall, but it really depends on what you're used to once you get to calc. The nspire definitely has a learning curve. I'm all in on the nspire. If you want to see it in action for calculus stuff, I made a whole video of how to use it. Here's the link: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iZaalrlkmKmwc6s.html

For #3a, why couldn’t you just use the Direct Comparison Test right away? Why do you have to do the absolute value stuff? Isn’t sin(3n) always gonna be less than or equal to 1, and then you can carry on with DCT from there? Or am I missing something…

Direct comparison is only for positive termed series and sin(3n) isn’t always positive.
