So, just to be clear, did you mean to say the loaf was 763 calories or 763 grams?

Agh!! You are right. I wish I could re-do that! I did mean, the weight of the loaf of bread was 763 GRAMS. I WISH it were 763 calories. LOL

Hi Amy! Is there any way to make this bread using a gluten free flour? Perhaps oat flour? or buckwheat flour?
