Question, what if the 2 spreads were different? Can you keep a constant spread in your offset cuts? I’m I’m pretty sure it can’t be done, but I’m in a 3 day argument with my foreman over it.

I know it's a little late in the argument lol, but you'd have to calculate each spread separately

Hey Ben - good question, yes this process will work regardless of the size of the pipes as we are dealing with centre-to-centre measurements. The only issue you would face in determining actual lengths is the fitting allowances for the fittings.
