@@professorpashtunkhan2346 as much as i hate to admit it ,yes the quality has decreased ever since the rifle replacement program became one of the prime objectives of the POF. but the quality is going back up again,and the POF5s will be excellent just like they used to be

@@hammy0756 Bro I do have POF5 and H&K MP5K. believe me there are difference in groves, H&K has Hexagon Groves as of Glock pistols. 2nd check the velocity of both and above all the finishing.... I zero my PCCs at either 25 or 50 yards. My MKE Z5P can stay in 9 circle at 50 yards. I’m looking to buy The POF’s MP5 Reverse Stretch, so I’m watching all these reviews on their MP5s. Have u had any components break / fail on ya with ur MP5?

I’ve had about 3-4 malfunctions overall. Thousands of rounds and pretty abused mags. The POF runs 👌

@@CalebDowning the gsg522 is junk tbh but it looks cool and when it functions its fun. Lots of light primer strikes and failures to eject. But it operates like an mp5 except it has last round hold open

Need to do some mag dumps with steel case ammo to see how reliable it is. Atlantic has some wolf 9mm 500 round packs for like $75 right now

Don’t run steel ammo. Roller Delia’s blowback is very finicky. Only shoot 115-124 grain brass ammo. They designed it for nato ammo

Bro POF is Pakistan ordinance factory means made in Pakistan did you get the right product or maybe somebody may have scammed you.
@kinomotosakura95503 жыл бұрын
@@alphaama3431 No. FedArms was one of the recent importers of POF products to the United States. It's the real deal. At any rate, when I left my comment, I didn't know any better. After doing some research, I learned that the crack in the bolt carrier group is made intentionally by the manufacturer to relieve stress when being fired. In the time I left this comment, I have purchased both an MKE variant, and a real HK SP5K-PDW (MP5K). The MKE, the POF, and the HK all have these cracks. It is an intentional part of the gun's design. Inspect the ejection port side of the bolt carrier next time you pick up an MP5. You'll see it.

Why did you choose POF over PTR or zenith? I mean zeniths are hard to come by. I am trying to buy one. Price is steep but worth it. Love soft shooting and cool factor.
@CalebDowning4 жыл бұрын
The price was what got me. Now the POF is about $100 cheaper than when I bought it 🤦♂️. This is my first roller-delayed firearm so I don’t have anything to compact it’s quality to. That being said, it looks clean and well built to me.

How does it feel different? Less recoil, ergonomics, shootability? Ive been interested on an mp5 clone for a long time but I could never justify the amount of money I would spend on one. Ive been looking at other pcc's that cost less like the mpx and the stribog. You think this is well made in comparison to other mp5 clones? Thank you for any input.
@rzr2ffe3254 жыл бұрын
I own one. It's cool, but yeah I think it's overpriced. But it's an MP5. The iconic submachinegun of the 1980's and 1990's
@rzr2ffe3254 жыл бұрын
My PoF has jammed a few times. No biggie. You just unload it and reload it. But would I stake my life on it? Eh. Personally, I think MP5's are overrated. Yeah it was in Die Hard and the SEALs and SAS used them to do their dirty work. In a lot of ways, the MP5 was the symbol of counter-terrorism during the late 20th century. It's in Rainbow Six. I've shot the navy models and the SD, (legit H&K ones) and in all honesty...give them a few years and they're jammomatics. Mike Durant in his book said his failed him when his crash site was being overrun. Ours seemed to be constantly in a broken state or being parted out. Granted, there is something sexy about doing the "H&K slap" during a reload, but when you get down to brass tax it's just an oversized 9mm sidearm with a slightly longer barrel and 30rd magazine. It's 1960s technology. Unless you're talking about the FBI version, there's no last round hold open. The trigger pull is fairly heavy. Not the easiest chamber to clean. It served its purpose for the time period it was conceived in, but I think there are better options now. If you want to go rent one at a full auto range they're a ton of fun, but I got mine just for a nod to its heritage (from a historical/collector standpoint). It's fun to take to the range. Inexpensive to feed. And women and new shooters love it because it's easy to use, not overwhelming in the slightest, and because it has been popularized in all the movies and video games.
@rzr2ffe3254 жыл бұрын
Is it worth $1,400-1,500? In my opinion no. It's just sheet metal construction, but for some reason because it's an H&K design/licensed production, it commands a premium.
@CalebDowning4 жыл бұрын
Solid points R. I have to agree with you, it is overpriced for what it is. Is it worth it? I think that’s a personal question that varies person to person 🤷♂️ For me it’s a “cool” gun and I was willing to pay for it. But my other PCCs are arguable better, cheaper, and more thought out. But they aren’t “MP5’s” 😁

How did the steel run in the fluted chamber? I know that the fluted chamber makes brass casings difficult to reload of not impossible. Also, you have your trusty Beretta 92FS, but now you have a machine gun ho ho ho
@tacticalenough63342 жыл бұрын
Fluted 9mm doesn’t effect reloading at all. If it does nobody told my press. It just leaves superficial marks on the cases. Comes off during cleaning.
@CalebDowning2 жыл бұрын
I don’t in now how I liked your post JD but never replied 🤷♂️ Tactical Enough is correct. The fluted chamber aid in extracting the case but it doesn’t effect the structure of the case in any way that would hinder reloading.
