We're finally sharing my Coach and Dooney & Bourke Collection for 2023! My contemporary designer bag collection will always have a special place in my closet. I have several great examples like the Coach Eagle NYC Cashin Tote, Coach Mini Cashin Tote, Coach Denim Soft Tabby, Coach Bleecker, Coach Signature, and Coach Teri. In my Dooney and Bourke collection, I have the Large and Medium Essex Shoulder bag from the Dooney All-Weather-Leather collection. The Dooney & Bourke Lockhart, Dooney and Bourke Graphica IT bags and a silly Dooney Doodle Tote. I will always collect bags and SLG's from these fabulous American Contemporary brands. This year I'd love to add more pieces from Hermès like the Birkin size 40, Constance, 24/24 and Bolide. Maybe I'll be bad and get an Hermès Kelly 40! I also recently fell in love with the Chanel Jumbo- so that's kind of a must-have for my collection, along with a Chanel Mini Rectangle and a Chanel Reissue. Aside from those, I'd love to add a few more Fendi Peekaboo bags to my collection along with a Fendi Baguette. Make sure you subscribe to see what I buy this year!

Dooney and Bourke all weather leather are indeed built to last. I do have the same Essex bag bone in large and black in medium. Both were 1993 one in a excellent condition until now.

Hi Caleb, new subscriber here you found me and drew me in!! popped up on my feed, i watch Autumn Beckman, yotastyle and styled by Gwenny etc, I heard you say about a bag (the cambridge??)that it smelt bad, (cigarettes or other smell?) you get a tightly closing plastic box and stuff the bag with charcoal packs and put them round, under and on top of the bag and leave it a few weeks, couple of months and the smell should dissapear. you get the charcoal packs from Amazon. Love your channel and your husband is very good at editing and commenting on the screen, makes me laugh!! Love to you both from Ellie in the UK, xx

I love your video. I have a collection of Dooney and Bourke and Fossil. I like Coach too. I must be obsessed, I spent a lot of money at Dooney during lock down.. I love handbags, wallets and accessories. Guess it's OK. Life is short. But. With crime here now. Police say not to carry nice purses or you can get robbed. 😢

Caleb. I do like the tabby. I forgot all about the cash and carry. Oh I remember the camera bag video. You are going to have to make me go to the outlet now. The eagle tote is very nice. Oh the rainbow they over worked that design. Now I have the original station bag that my mom passed on to me. The beach tote would be perfect with some big black glasses on . Oohhh the dooney and bourke. They for sure give me East Hamptons. Now you might get this message twice lost power as soon as I hit sent. So I am retyping this. This is a excellent video.

I am always up for the drama of a Bag Collection Video! Loving them all, but Dooney and Bourke is amazing, especially the last one from the auction. Joshie Michael used to collect them and before he showed them on his channel I had never heard of them. I don't know if they have a retail seller here. I feel more inspired than ever to have one myself, from eBay because I am saving for a holiday and renovations, so bag acquisitions have taken a back seat! (Weeping! Wailing! Drama!) I love the Coach mini field bag and I also like the Dooney and Bourke bags as well. It’s nice to get well made classic bag at affordable prices than pay thousands for new designer name bags now whose quality of construction is going down hill.

Looking forward to your Dooney care video. I’ve had good luck with mine with just a little Leather CPR and very light Blackrock. I’ve dunked a vintage Coach, which worked great, but fortunately the Dooney rehab thread on Purse Blog Forum set me on the right path before I did anything that might injure my babies. So hard to pick a favorite. My Y2K-ish Dooney Zip-Zip satchel gets the most love from me. On the other hand, every time I pick up my late 80’s zip-top satchel, I start thinking that if I could only carry one bag for the rest of my life, I could do a lot worse. I have a a vintage Coach and a contemporary one and I love them both, but maybe it’s that Midwest upbringing, those old Dooneys hit different.

Thank you, Veronica! I'm excited to get started on rehabbing these Dooneys! I think dunking works great for vintage Coach- but with the pebbled AWL, it can lead to disaster! I loved the Zip Zip satchel- there's a rough one in the natural colorway on eBay that keeps getting relisted, and I'm majorly tempted. Gotta love that Midwest upbringing!

I never got any pieces from that collection. The tote is beautiful but that is huge. The hamptons collection I also forgot about that collection also. Clutch yep. C=Coach and Caleb….🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆= For Dooney😄…… yay,awesome collection, I can see where you will be finding more amazing Coach and Dooney as well🤗 there’s just so many amazing finds out there!!!!!…you know as a designer-decorator myself, I so appreciate the vintage coach and dooney there’s just something warm, comforting and fabulous about both brands….…….Here’s an idea, for your gold coach bag that stinks🤣….you should purchase a clear acrylic frame and place it in there for your wall as art🎨…..I help many people find uses for their designer bags when they do not want to use them to carry…for example that fab clear dooney tote, many put those next to a couch for magazines, or in a laundry room, hanging on a wall for beach towel storage etc…keep on collection, your videos are fab….ps,...you can be the new Imelda Marcos, 3,000 shoes……Caleb=3,000 bags😃🙌🏻😍

I love your Coach denim soft tabby! I've heard that denim bags can color transfer onto light-colored clothes so I'm scared to buy one. What's your experience?

Thank you, and great question!! I haven't yet (knock on wood). But I could see it happening on lighter colors. I feel like the Coach denim is washed, because it doesn't feel like it would transfer.

There's a coach weekend bag that I use to have and someone stole from me. it was vintage and similar to the HAC but more of the single top handle style (Kelly) I can't for the life of me find it anywhere online. I had it when I first met my husband. it was very vintage I think at that point.

I love your bags and my favorite is the ski shoulder bag! It's ADORABLE! ❤❤ By the way I did not buy the Brandon Blackwood Jasmine in the python as I am trying to find someone that purchased the python version and if they were satisfied. Its close to $700 with tax and shipping so for that price I want to know if that bag has a wow factor to it. Did you ever purchase the python version?

Haha- no way! I have been too! I just can't decide which style I want, and resale prices are all over the place- not to mention, the occasional bag from his line at Kohls. His story in Vanity Fair was fascinating. I'll have to check out John Hardy- I didn't know he was there!

The easiest thing is to check the serial number on the creed. If the second set of numbers starts with an F- then it's made for factory. Also- the website has a Reserve section to make shopping easer. Haha, that's too funny, Kara!
