Please stop taking it first. Then, you can continue after another week, and restart every two days, gradually increase intake.

I used to have acne as well. I've not used supplements for healing, but only for whitening the scars which was the Luxxe White Glutathione. But, I suggest dry them up first. You can use a mild toner, like Thayers. Then a clay mask. Take Vitamin C too so they'll heal fast. Usually, these are hormonal breakouts and would heal in time.

Preferably empty stomach in the morning. Mix it in your coffee.

@@sadiaimran3856 lol , I am taking the same collagen, honestly I don't know what to notice with collagen powder but it has only been 3 weeks, will wait for 3 months before I can decide if it works or not
