Hi rhea, I just wanted to thank you that you are the one of the person who taught/helped me to passed my Initial to quEST Training Yay! Thank you for the tips and the information ❣️ And i would like to tell you that I'm 18 yrs old and a Shs Graduate this year, and i'm happy to say that this is my first time applying to a csr field The only thing that i needed to improve is my Gramma cuz i keep say I will instead of " I am" XD and also of my pronunciation because I'm a little bit nervous ☺ And that's all And my trainer says that the good thing i did is i keep my good/ friendly imposure even though that my Cnx(Trainer) Is an irate cnx XD That is because of you Hihihi Thank you so much I'm looking forward for more videos Thank youuuuu❣️
