So it looks like we are getting some sort of in game reveal event in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 for Call of Duty 2024. AND it is right around the corner. @GHoutdoors lmao i havent played cod in a long time 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Only game that I was truly happy purchasing was bo3 perfect example of balance between gaming experience and profit for the developers. I regretted buying BO4, worst purchase then comes mw 2. For the record bo1 is what got me into COD Bo2 was really nice as well. Now days COD is just about money-making.

The poster says "direct", xbox's deep dive videos are called direct for example Starfield Direct. Since xbox owns cod now its most likely an in depth look. B

In my opinion they’ll just show the title and a small feature of what the setting is then on the 9th an actual trailer showing more of the story and characters.

Being 57 and still playing COD I always get excited about when they drop a Black Ops game and if it is the Gulf War even better. Lol 😂 I served as a Navy Seabee we still wore the Olive Drab uniforms back then. Unfortunately the only other units in the area that wore them too was the Iraqi Army. Needless to say we were changed to the woodland camo BDU after that.

I started playing COD when cod 2 released on the brand new Xbox 360. I miss those days. With the wireless adapter plugged in the back to play online. It’s sad to see what COD has become. Take me back to the good old days

I honestly got high hopes for cod zombies this year. I enjoyed cold war zombies alot more then bo4 and i think it was a step in the right direction. Im still playing on xone so ill have to upgrade for this

I really am wondering what this campaign will be like. If the rumours are true I.e Woods, mason and other characters potentially returning then how on earth is this game gonna be called or even set in the gulf if during that time woods is crippled and mason is presumably dead. Or unless this story isn’t specifically focused on gulf war and instead focused on multiple things which could be why it’s called BO6 instead of Gulf war.

Black Ops 2 isn’t canon in the new timeline - WAW, BO 1, BO:CW, BO 2024, Modern Warfare 1-3. It doesn’t fit story wise, time wise, or even technological wise. Yes Menendez was hinted at in multiplayer on BO:CW, but they are rewriting the story

The 9mm Daemon is not a real gun. It is based on the Staccato 2011, which itself is based on the original Colt M1911. It is basically just a modern 1911, which is why he calls it that. All the guns in modern cod don’t use their real names. The gun model is slightly altered and they use a fake names compared to their real-world counterparts. This is why you hear people call MW3 guns different names, like how the Lachmann sub is an mp5, or how the Cor .45 is really a Glock 21C.

I really hope woods still isn't on it. Also the devs did say bo2 is canon. Also BO2 technically is mostly real on the technological side, just some things are out of place. It does fit the story with the 1980s missions

@@moizv4771 it was canon up to the point when they said it was. COD 2024 is featuring Woods. Black Ops 2 is being rewritten. Cold War was the soft reboot. They wrote themselves into a corner with the multiple endings in BO2, and 3-4 didn’t do it any favors. It’s a new timeline with only WAW and BO 1 being canon to THIS timeline. Some things fit technologically, but the rest doesn’t. MW3 takes place in 2023/2024. Black Ops 2 takes place in 2024. There’s too much of a shift for its events and etc to be canon, that’s why CW was a soft reboot. On top of that they have introduced Zakhaev to the story and timeline. People wanted more Woods and Mason, there was no other way to do that except to softly reboot the BO timeline to fit with MW

Tbf rewriting BO2 would make sense. Also you do realise woods may appear in flashback missions, or as a narrator or both. It could be we see a retired woods being visited by adler, etc etc.
