Call to Chaos works the same way as en passant in chess. If you can take it, you have to. Otherwise you're getting your balls crushed by a brick.

Hwei wants to hit the most units, and it targets based on where would hit the most units at the time of casting (both allies and enemies because remember it heals allies). So he will always try to hit his allies and at the last second clip whatever enemy is left.

the emblems were so bad (unfitting) mort basically played with 1 prismatic less then the others. okay, it was 1 Altruist emblem that did something in that comp

sure you can't deny that an emblem won this, but a "just" gold augment would have given that emblem too. also the carousel emblem he got after, could have put him on 4 altruists too (without the chaos emblems). then he would have to hold on to riven. and could have put the neeko over quiana, that heavenly ad of Qu did not matter in this basically ap comp. but now we are at a if if if scenario, which does not matter anyway...
