Judge Mathis

Judge Mathis

28 күн бұрын

The plaintiff dated the defendant, and they have a child together. The plaintiff claims the defendant made false allegations against him with Child Protective Services, so the plaintiff's suing. The defendant admits she reported the plaintiff but that's only because he refused to let her see her son.

He put that in her head. He called CPS on her first, and kept threatening to do so. When she did a reverse uno on his ssa, all of a sudden it's a problem to him? He wanted them to be involved, so they got involved. I bet had he not done it to her first, it would have never entered her mind. BOTH weren't using CPS correctly. They were using them as a pawn in their game, but hers stuck. BOTH were using the child to get at each other.

That’s nasty work you leave with your son not because of abuse or neglect from the father. But because you feel like he’s cheating. If he’s cheating, then go and raise your child and create a custody agreement. However, she’s so nasty. She leaves with the child turn the child over to foster care. Then when the father go get the baby Now she’s upset because he won’t allow her to see him. She is a Looney

And judge Mathis would’ve let the guy get what he was trying to get out he would’ve understood what he was trying to say. But he kept interrupting and then trying to be sarcastic and funny. Just to get frustrated and act like the guy is talking in circles. Then you get to her and whatever he was saying was exactly what she was doing. Like sometimes Judge Mathis got a sit down and let the people give their testimony. I love this show, but that’s one of the biggest annoying things about it.

I totally agree. Also, sometimes you can tell from the start which litigant JM favors by the way he treats them & the subject matter of the case. I think at the beginning he was on the mother's side, that's why he was giving the guy a hard time. Once she confirmed what the guy was trying to explain JM switched up & started giving her a hard time. He needs to take his emotions & personal biases out & rule only on the facts.

She needs some mental help, how do you take your child from the father everytime you get upset with him, accuse him of cheating with no proof at all, give your child up to CPS and have the audacity to take offense that moving forward the father won’t let you see the child anytime you want?? The brain functionality is off. 😅

@user-ug7ff7vl9b
@user-ug7ff7vl9b 19 күн бұрын
Maybe he doesn’t want problems with her. I didn’t put my daughter’s father on child support because I KNEW he would make my life HELL. He was a junkie who stole anything he could steal, and he was sneaky and vindictive and cruel. I got away from him and worked full time and went to school full time and got a Masters Degree and raised my daughter to be a responsible woman. She has given me 4 beautiful grandchildren. I would not have had this peaceful good life if I had put him on support. I did fine without it.

Very happy he got his judgment besides the fact judge Mathis was getting in his feelings for a moment but the proof was in the paperwork and her actions. How do you take your child from the father out of spite then allow CPS to take your kid have him in the system and not doing anything to fight for your baby ? As a mother I can’t defend mothers who do stuff like this at all it’s just trifling smh.

This is what all women need to understand when you cry and act irrationally you are out of control and it is not the fault of the stimulus (other people or men) it is your fault and you are still responsible for your actions and not in need of protection or of a partner or man standing up for you.

So thankful for this father for doing all he needed to do to get his son out of foster care. The mom needs serious help and can’t think that anything she did was rational at all. How do you up and take your son hours away to just give him up to foster care instead of his father? Father has some serious patience with her because he could be doing her like some of these bitter mothers do to the fathers when it comes to anything dealing with the child.
