Calm Caravan Holiday with Dogs Part 3 - Daytrip to Whitby, final fling on NYMR, then home

APRIL 2024. In this third and final Slow Video about my caravan holiday to Yorkshire, we take a daytrip to Whitby on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, climbing the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey and enjoying the panoramic view.
That evening, it's time to wind down with a nice home cooked meal.
The next day, our final day, it's time for a Last Hurrah on the NYMR before a final dog walk, hitching up the caravan, and heading home.

Absolutely! Useful to plug in while doing the Lidl shop to power the van on the CL via the V2L. What mi/kWh are you getting with the Eriba?

@andrewjditton hi Andrew, worst is 1.9, 12 deg and a strong headwind, best is 2.4, warm still day. So average is about 2.1 to 2.2. Typical trip is 100 to 110 miles with 35-40% charge remaing on arrival. Find 3hrs towing is quite enough!

Hope you have a place for me Andrew , that dinner looks delish , right up my street , love your enamelware , I have juat treated myself to a brand new milkpan from Labour and Wait , who knew enamelware made in Austria , my last one from late 1970s responsible for many a decent caravan boiled egg for breekie since then , remains at the caravan in Scotland , the Van Royce deserved a new one , methinks , to match a saute pan I once picked up in a charity shop , ideal now for lots of good veggies , great video Andrew as usual , again thats a great outfit , wise buys sir , where's the leather pants , must be due an outing 😊❤

That was such a lovely video. Perfect entertainment. The photography and editing were fantastic, and the soundtrack as relaxing as ever. But those lovely dogs really need to get their act together and agree on turning left or right when they hop on board the next train (rather than leaving you doing the splits between carriages or cars or whatever you call them) 🤣🤗
