Tamara Levitt is the best ever! my universe exploded when she said surface of the skin, but did not say deeper within immediately after. But that’s OK. there’s nobody anywhere that does better meditations. Maybe I’ll to download the app and pay money just to support.

This feels like something out of world feeling .. how much focused can you be ... I can do this meditation for hours ... I can't express in words how I feel after doing this meditation .. but I surely can say I got a very unique feeling .. just go as deep as far u can ... It's all about been focused ... And thats all .. u will enjoy it ...

wow thank you that's a fantastic meditation! for me personally I love that there was no spirituality to it or no "attract positive energy" stuff to it. I found almost nothing about the whole 30 minute meditation that would distract me away from meditating. I've found meditations that talk about attracting money into your life and stuff, and that's really just not for me. but this was just perfectly focused on meditating in a way that doesn't send you off down any train of thought whatsoever, just mindfulness fantastic! thank you.

I just wish this was still free on my mobile.. This was a meditation I did before work everyday to centre me, it was great. But now I have to pay a mad subscription amount for this one thing I enjoyed. I'm sad.. I did the 15min one and it was ideal pre work. I would have been happy to pay a small amount after a trial for just this one meditation.

I LOVE that there is no music but the person doing this guided body scan is a bit too....energetic. Wish you could record one with a more low key and soothing narrator. So hard to find these without music!

They did change it. Except for the first few sentences, the voice has slowed down and is much more gentle and soft now, aligned with the contents. Thanks, Calm, for responding to feedback! 👍🙏

Tamara has the most angelic voice ever. I am a bit disappointed tho, Samsung used to offer the body scans for free. Now it says it's $49.99 month but when you pay it comes up as $69.99 bummer since I used to scan daily. Wouldn't mind paying the yearly but too many discrepancies in pricing!

You can do it as much as you like and whenever time you are comfortable with. If it makes you feel sleepy I would stick to doing it at night or after work or when you have no where to be . If not then you can do it in the mornings and before bed

Amazing video as ever. But I have a complaint about the app. I downloaded it because I love your video's but the more I use it the harder it is to find your free content. It's now easier to come back onto youtube and use the video's here than find anything on the app that doesn't have a paywall.

quick speaking and harsh voice. long pauses, silence, followed by rapid speech. not relaxing at all. dislike.
