It will better if you lower the volume. Listen it to it with lower sound and it is still soothing

I hope to find someone with a more pleasant voice. I'll search through your videos, but I'm hoping they aren't all guided by an American. Quite possibly the least calming accent in the world!

@@calm Beautiful Calm team. This is the epitome of "walk your talk". You could have gotten offended and have not responded...given the voice is that of Tamara - The head of mindfulness at calm. But you chose to look at it objectively, not take things personally, pause, let emotions settle down, understand that whatever was said is the sayers perspective and there's nothing wrong in what they said and responding to the very specific issue raised. Kudos. Kudos. Kudos.

What relaxes one do not relax another, Mr Stephens. I hope it made you feel better to share your subjective opinions, on a public forum, the intent of which is to help people feel calmer in a stressful world. It might be more useful for you, to address your own inner monologue, before posting denigrating remarks. Mindfulness and self love are the aim, and in time, will hopefully be reflected outwardly to the people in the world around you. Best of luck. The journey starts within.
