God's desire to dwell in and walk with us is seen from Genesis through to Revelation. He told them, "Let them make me a Sanctuary that I may dwell in them". They were taught to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart" and to keep these words " in your heart".

The wicked is justified if and when they ask Jesus Christ forgiveness and believe, trust and accept Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior, I hope this is made clear because if not the wicked continue to be wicked.
