0:24... that was my first mortgage price without interest or any adding price.... Back in 2005... $326.000 exact price... And after adding up 30 years of interest as well as water Chase master fee quarterly for home owner associations fees.... As well as $380 for maintenance fees townhomes fees monthly exclusively It was outrageous....I have made all of those payments until year 2005 to 2017... And my car was all pay off to completely mine.... But they do not release my car own ships that keep asking for late fees.... Even though I have made late fees, just because I do not want to argues with them but still they want to have another late fees... After all payments have made.... And they kicked me out of water chase.... Since I don’t make payments purposely.... they have created such dramas for roof was leaking all of sudden from purring rains.... It was hell.... The ways that they have against me, words not enough.... And all of faucet water turning into brown water.... Yet later cut water anyway... I mean when I complains, it getting worse.... Nobody help me, yet all of them have against me... it’s like unreal.... isn’t the Earth at all...Not only that, toilet all of sudden clogged and water came out from toilet, and ruined all of my wood floors.... While I was in home with my dog but who ever thought that water coming out from toilet? And flooded all of my floors.... it just unreal.... Not only that, every person I hired to fixing things, after have made payments, it getting worse.... It’s like movie money pits.... Bit lot worse than money pit movies... Every single person who have showed in water chase place... I mean al of them.... Not even one person help me or as normal as they should be....Not only that they have drugged my foods and when In and out to buy food, they comic in my place in and out what ever they want with brake my place and spray all of molds in my kitchen drawers.... My security alarms does not worked.... Since they know all of my codes to entering...When they come in my place, they brake every little things that I like.... all of sudden isn’t working and it was broken all of sudden....I mean they break everything... including my new television screens... all of sudden I go out and returned , my television is new but it has line appearing on the tv screen... it like everything I owned it has been broken.... Everything. Anything they can name it it has broken.... And endlessly buy again and again... But my brain has any senses.... I know what happened but I cannot speak to anyone.... Even though I speak, it getting worse.... And little by little all has been damaged.... including bathtub... And mortgage interest rate was little over 7%.... for 30 year fixed...

Bad house do your self a favor please don't buy you will be sorry.
