I think for the last shadow part, instead of decreasing the opacity a lot, lightening the color and setting the layer mode to multiply will provide a much more desirable output... but this is great.... thanks for the knowledge :)

Do you know how to change position of lights? When I put layer lights on my text, my text color changed to all black. If you don’t mind teach me how to change the light position.

Select the light press p and change it's position. Switch to 2 Camera View for better control.
