Hi Kelsey, i've only recently found your channel and joined your patreon but your quickly becoming my favourite person to watch for after effect tutorials as your videos are always so easy to follow and make some ideas that look complicated at first really easy. That's a thing where AE is very complicated... combining 3D Text AND shadows is not a thing that "just works".

Duplicate the 3D text layer, place it on the ground. Make it black/gray and reduces the opacity, add some gaussian blurr on it. Little bit quick and dirty but it does the job.

After I watch your videos i feel insanely confident I can do all this step by step on after effects, then I open the program and i find myself staring at the screen for 10 minutes trying to remember the steps. That's the point where I just remember your voice saying this is super easy and I feel dumber than a rock😭 Thank God this is not and ig story that goes away after 24 hours. Love you content ❤️❤️
