Johnson finished the game with a career-high 38 PTS and 9 3PM for the Suns, while Cameron Payne added 17 PTS and a career-high 16 AST in the victory. RJ Barrett tallied 20 PTS, 5 REB and 5 AST for the Knicks in the losing effort. The Suns improve to 51-12 on the season, while the Knicks fall to 25-38.

Yeah...Other than Book & CP3, I thought he played with the most composure, and heart during the playoffs.If he keeps working on his ballhandling, he could probably be an All Star level guy.I think his defense is very solid, also.I bet not even the Suns expected him to be this good.I remember how everyone laughed when the Suns "reached" for him with the 11th pick.He honestly reminds me a lil of Klay Thompson.

Not exactly. Suns fans who watch their games all the time know he can do this. This was opportunity. Book and CP are the stars of the team and with both out Cam J, Cam P and Mikal all took the opportunity. When it comes down to it this is the best and deepest team in the league and Cam and Cam just showed the rest of the league this.

If you watch Suns games, you'll see he's been progressing. Booker and Paul being out also helps since it allows more shots for other players (a la Cam Johnson). But this isn't a 'fluke' or anything of the sort. If Cam Johnson is given enough FGA's, he will produce 20 ppg, I have ZERO doubt about that. DUde can shoot the lights out and can create off the dribble. Oh and he's a great defender to boot.
