Yet she had a bruise on her arm and her face was clear! Not a single mark on it, no swelling either, even though she claims that her nose was broken.

The swelling and puffiness CANNOT be remedied by ice. Raped by an object that caused excessive bleeding COMES WITH A LOT OF PAIN AND CRAMPS. As a person who has medical education, I can only agree. There is no makeup, that would hide for example a swelling of one’s nose, not changing the look of the whole face.
