INGREDIENTS:
✔️1kl sweet potato (kamote)
✔️1 big can condensed milk
✔️1 can/pack all purpose cream
✔️3 tablespoon butter
✔️Cheese for toppings
✔️1 tsp. Vanilla (optional)
✔️Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE
1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into quarters. Then, boil or steam.
2. Mash sweet potatoes. Set aside.
3. In a pan, melt butter. Add in all purpose cream and condensed milk. Cook in low heat until becomes thick.
4. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping. Then, add in mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well and stir continuously until becomes smooth.
5. Put in a container. Let it cool. Put toppings and chill for at least 2 hours.
