Thank you! I have owned the 600i-L system in my Cougar 25RDS since April and this is the most information that anyone has given me. Not for the lack of asking, but because the dealer knows 0 about these systems, and Keystone Owner Relations is so far behind, that I might get a answer to my questions and problems by Christmas. What a great video full of information. I called Future Solutions when I couldn't get any info from Keystone and the young man I spoke with was very helpful. IMHO, for the upcharge that Keystone charges for the Solarflex systems, Keystone should have better owner Q & A informational contacts.

I see that the SolarFlex Outlast 660i-L is offered on the Cougar Travel Trailers too. Where are the components for this installed? Is the 270ah battery installed where batteries usually go?

What should the Lithium battery Charging Voltage be?

Most modern 5th wheel Rvs are 50amp service. Is this Multiplus inverter wired to L1, L2, or both to provide full system power? Also can't see Matt owning a hair dryer... 🤔

I have the 400i and recently swapped the standard battery for our two upgraded AGM batteries. The camper has been stored outside in the sun and my batteries appear to be dead. Any thought as to why it's not charging the batteries?

Keystone customer service for my 600i has been horrible

So while in long-term storage, with the inverter off, inverter disconnect turned off and the 12v house power off - what piece of this system insures the batteries don't get charged from the panels when the temp falls below 32 deg? I might have missed that! GREAT VIDEO - I can't wait to get my system!

Regarding storage, I live in NH and put a cover over my camper for the winter. Do you need to remove the batteries if the solar panels are covered and not charging the batteries, or can they be left in for the winter?

I have a Cougar 25RDS with the 600i-L package installed. I have the big red inverter cutoff switch but no black 12 volt cutoff switch anywhere. Not next to the inverter cutoff, not on the “Giggy-box” and not next to the battery heat switch next to the entrance door in my coach. How do I shut off my 12 volt power. The dealer can’t tell me and Keystone Owner Relations can’t tell me. HELP would be appreciated from anyone. Thank you!

I have a 2022 Passport GT 2704RKWE with the Solarflex 400i with a 2000 watt inverter. I noticed during the video that you powered up the 5th wheel shore power with the inverter on. I was told by my dealership that I must turn off my 2000 watt inverter prior to bringing on shore power. What is the proper procedure to do this?

I would like to leave my 400i package on to run the WiFi and cameras while at the storage lot. Is this possible with only the battery disconnect?

Is there any possible way to order a Raptor with the 600 solar??
