Camping along the Newell Hwy. A very nice campsite near Narrabri.

15 күн бұрынMount Kaputar national park near Narrabri is a very nice surprise. Its a well made campsite with nice amenities. I stayed at the Bark Hut campground and cant recommend it enough for an overnight stop on your trip north or south when camping along the Newell hwy

I remember hiking to the top of mt kap in the late 70’s and we sighed a book up there.

Lots of hikers up there now. I saw quite a few in the morning.

All sort of ways mate. Usually through Google maps also through national parks websites.

No it was lake arragan. I’m sure it’s ok for some people, just not my cup of tea.
